In Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, three young men were reportedly assassinated on Monday morning by individuals who have not yet been named.
On the new Ibadan/Oyo Expressway, near the Office Bus Stop and World Oil gas station, in the state’s Akinyele Local Government Area, the incident took place.
The Punch claims that the event happened on Monday morning. It was further revealed that one victim had been beheaded and that the bodies of the other two had also had crucial organs removed.
According to Abdulfatai AbdulGaniyu, a commercial driver who spoke with The Punch,
“This morning, as I was driving passengers from Ojoo to Toose, I noticed the bodies of these people. Because one of them was beheaded, the case appears to be ritualistic.
According to another individual who spoke with The Punch,
“Passengers looking for inexpensive transportation frequently wait at that bus stop to board buses bound for Oyo, Ogbomoso, Ilorin, or even Jebba.
They remain there since they are unable to pay the fare at the terminal. However, this case is unique because parts of their important organs were taken out.
Adewale Osifeso, the state police public relations officer, has not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.
