The 2022 Constables Recruitment application date has been extended by one month, according to the Police Service Commission, PSC.
On Monday, September 26, 2022, the Commission had originally planned to close its recruitment platform.
In order to give all interested applicants ample time, the portal will stay accessible for applications until October 26, 2022, according to the statement.
Ikechukwu Ani, the commission’s spokeswoman, revealed this over the weekend.
It is encouraged that eligible candidates who were unable to submit an application do so now.
The Commission is committed to making sure that no one who wants to work for the Nigeria Police Force is denied the chance.
The Commission’s established policy of conducting transparent and merit-based police recruiting, according to Ani, will not be changed.
He continued by saying that applications were cost-free.
