#2023 Governorship Election: Otunba Kayode Akintomo Congratulates Sanwo-Olu

The campaign Team of Hon Kayode Matthew Akintomo one of the State House of Assembly aspirant in Alimosho 01, has taken to the media to congratulate the Governor of Lagos state, Mr Babajide Sanwoolu on his victory at the recently concluded primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) that took place at Teslim Bslogun Stadium surulere, Lagos.

The congratulatory message was made by a press release issued at his Alimosho campaign office and signed by Hon Ajibola one of his Senior Special Assistant on behalf of his team..

While congratulating the Governor of Lagos on his primary election victory, the team said” we congratulate the governor for a resounding victory at the primary election of our party. The overwhelming victory was a testimony of his astute performance in the state.

The team further hailed  the governor for his sterling  performance for the past three years .

According to the team, ” we can affirm that the Governor has done well and for sure he is the best governor so far going by the way he provided leadership, programms and projects he has executed. He has infact raised the bar of governance ”

The Team advised the governor to see his electoral victory at the primary election as another call to service not to his party members but to the service of the state as we all know that with what he has done so far, he will surely win the governorship election”.

The group went further to call on the people of the Lagos State to vote massively for the governor of  Lagos state in the general election in February 2023.

The Team was quoted to have said” we call on the good people of Lagos State to vote overwhelmingly for the governor in the  2023 general election. The governor has earned our trust and he is infact doing well with his strategic and pro- people policies.We are omoluabi people and must show this by appreciating  good for good. The Governor deserves our support and we must therefore vote massively for him”.

Finally, he the team also used the medium to appealed to the Governor of Lagos State to ensure that a fair hearing is granted to the several petitions that has been written regarding the irregularities that was witnessed in the recent conducted APC primaries in Alimosho 01 state house of assembly which Barr Ogunwuyi was acclaimed winner. They called on the Governor yo look into the case where candidates and delegates were barred from entry into an pre arrange primaries.
